Whoo! Mama Hen Is Back, Y'all!
Let me tell y'all something — I needed that break. I needed it bad. But honey, Mama Hen is coming back, and it is time.
I know it's hot as fish grease outside right now, and half of y'all are still trying to squeeze the last drop out of summer. I get it. But while you've been soaking up that sun, I've been resting up, recharging, and getting ready to pour right back into this community — because that's what we do here at MamaHen. We rest so we can show up for each other even stronger.
I want to thank every single one of you who gave me the space to breathe this summer. Y'all didn't disappear on me either — my DMs stayed busy! We kept the conversation going even when I wasn't live, and I appreciate every message, every check-in, every "MamaHen, where you at?" That's love, and I feel it.
But it's time to wean ourselves back in, y'all. It's time to talk.
